Opera claims that this browser is not just for web browsing but also integrates agentic AI to work alongside users, handling complex tasks more efficiently. Unlike traditional AI chat interfaces, Opera Neon executes tasks directly within the browser, significantly enhancing productivity for users engaged in research or project work.

Key features include Tasks, designed as personalized workspaces where users can leverage AI for comparing and analyzing sources. The Cards feature allows users to create and reuse AI prompts, saving time and effort by eliminating repetitive typing. Additionally, Neon Do aids users in navigating the web to check sources, complete forms, and gather necessary information seamlessly.
