Users can expect personalized “know before you go” tips for various locations, making it feel as though they have a knowledgeable guide at their fingertips. This feature is already available for many users in the US on their mobile devices.

As if that weren’t enough, Google is also allowing reviewers to customize their display names when providing feedback to local businesses. This fun addition lets users review their favorite shops with playful names while maintaining the integrity of their Google account.
